These Terms govern our WhatsApp messaging service for guests who have booked a stay at layaliview . By opting in to receive WhatsApp messages from us (via Airbnb or direct request), you agree to these Terms.
We use WhatsApp (via the official WhatsApp Cloud API) to send you important transactional messages about your confirmed booking, such as confirmations, check-in details, checkout reminders, and post-stay feedback requests. Messages are sent only after you have opted in.
You must explicitly agree to receive WhatsApp messages. We will never message you without your prior consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us.
After you reply to any message from us, you may send us free-form messages for up to 24 hours. We will respond within that window where possible.
You agree not to send us any illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to block communication if these Terms are violated.
Your use of our WhatsApp service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service and in compliance with Meta’s policies.
We may stop messaging you at any time after your booking ends or if you withdraw consent. You may stop receiving messages by replying “STOP”.
WhatsApp messaging is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or any issues caused by WhatsApp or your mobile network.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
We may update these Terms. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance.
